Bespoke innovative Artificial Intelligence workshops are offered to businesses by ahedd DIH, in order to enrich their digital and entrepreneurial skills towards their digital transformation.
The executive training program Transforming your Business with AI is a personalised hands-on workshop, addressed to companies that have already built AI skills and/or implemented AI projects and wish to build or revisit their roadmap.
In July 2022, Archeiothiki, an information management company that provides management and storage services for both digital and physical records, participated in the tailor-made AI Transformer workshop.
In this 1-day workshop, ahedd experts and the Archeiothiki team built together a common understanding of the current state of the R&D and IT processes in the company, while exchanging views on the risks and challenges faced at a strategic and at an operational level. Current projects were prioritised and alternative use cases involving AI were discussed.
This workshop empowered Archeiothiki to revisit its AI roadmap, suggesting, among others, possible actions to improve the R&D team’s capacity, focus and standing with respect to the industry.
