ahedd participated in the 1st Demo Common Days on Artificial Intelligence & its applications, a new initiative of Lefkippos Attica Technology park that brings together research teams from NCSR Demokritos and businesses. The event took place on Thursday, April 6th, at the main auditorium of NCSR Demokritos.
The initiative’s goal is to showcase the research activity and achievements of the research teams at Demokritos, foster networking with businesses operating in related fields, and encourage collaborations between them.
Denia Kanelopoulou presented ahedd’s mission, which is to support businesses in their digital transformation journey. She highlighted ahedd’s innovative services and collaborations, as well as its participation in European and national digital innovation initiatives.
Additionally, the European project coordinated by ahedd, Smart Attica European Digital Innovation Hub, was introduced. This hub is the first European Digital Innovation Hub (EDIH) for Artificial Intelligence in Greece operating in three critical business sectors of the Greek economy: Energy & Environment, Supply Chain & Mobility, Culture & Tourism. It provides unique opportunities for SMEs to take advantage of high-end services free of charge or offer their own (paid) services to clients of Smart Attica.
